|Barometric Pressure Sensor||
A device which measures air or atmospheric pressure (barometer readings) to determine altitude. This can be used to help drones determine their height above ground and can be used in combination with other sensors.
This is sometimes built into the quadcopter's main electronics and is not removable but there are some manufacturers who install this as a separate component so it can be replaced or upgrade if necessary. They are usually used in conjunction with other sensors to provide information about the height of the quadcopter for features such as altitude holding or hovering.
